As per last year Richard and Matthew Colman will be organising the senior county closed in January.
We are hoping to increase the number of players in this season’s tournament significantly. There were 72 entries last season and we are convinced that we can easily beat 100 players this season.
To do this we have split all the tasks that need to be done into a list below. If anybody is willing to assist by completing one of the tasks it would be much appreciated. If you want to ask what it entails then please call Rich Colman on 07752 901885 or e-mail [email protected]
We felt that if we split the job down into small tasks it will make it a lot easier for all involved.

Design Entry forms and posters | If there is anybody that works in graphic design or can draw something up that is better quality than what we can manage then that would be great. Distribution | Distribute entry forms and posters to all clubs and leisure centres. | Matt and Rich |

Promotion | We would like to have one contact for each club that can encourage people to enter the tournament especially to the lower grade players. If you get 5 people from a smaller club to enter or 10 from a larger club then you get your entry for free!! | Need one person per club |
Ordering t-shirts | Need somebody to collate the t-shirt requirments, liaise with the printers and get them sorted and delivered on time. | One person needed please |
Trophies | Chase the trophies from last year (we have all contact details). Order the ‘take home’ trophies for all events and sort the engraving | One person needed |
Draws | Produce all the draw sheets with match timings etc | Rich |

Press
| Promote the tournament to the local paper etc and send off photos and results with a write up of the event. | |
