Proposal for a more complete set of England Squash membership benefits

Hi.

England Squash are working with the counties to come up with a better membership scheme - one which has a few more useful player, and potentially county benefits and helps encourage players to join up.

Please have a look through the PDF proposal and get back to me with any thoughts or comments. We as a county need to respond by next Wednesday but we want to ask the players for their views too. Hopefully you can take a look in the next day or so - it's not a very large document.
