Chairman’s Report: Thanks also to David Lloyd for giving us the room at no charge.
I would like to offer my special thanks to, Alan Brown, Sarah Brown, Pat Sherwood and Caroline Archer.
I would also like to thank Matt Sharp for his excellent work on the website and the ranking which I am sure you will agree are marvellous, useful and interesting assets.
BaDSquash has continued to support the improvement of marking with one course last year and another two later in the year. If any of you want us to organise a marking course for your club, please ask a member of the committee and it can be arranged. We held a Doubles Tournament for the fifth year in October.
Lastly I would like to make a plea for more help to organise the trophies, compile the logbook, organise the doubles tournament, and sort out the end of year play-offs. So, I would like all of you to consider doing one, two or three of those jobs as part of our Committee.

Committee Proposal : Pat Sherwood- For Ladies league – two proposals offered – for walk overs . The offending team are deducted 4 points and the opposing team get 15  or 19 points. A third proposal was suggested by Jeremy Goulding that we should adopt the same as the Mixed rules. 15 points to be awarded to the opposing team and depending on circumstances up to 9 points can be deducted for the offending team. This was proposed and accepted unanimously by the voting ladies present.

Treasurer’s report: Sarah Brown delivered and accepted.(Roger Camp/ Helen Law Outstanding fees are still due from four clubs which were addressed. Next year’s forecast adjusted to allow for extra marking courses that have been scheduled that Bad Squash are paying for.
