Fleeting penalties and Uni teams

You may see a few fleeting penalties come and go from the uni teams over the next week or so. They have had an influx of new players of somewhat unknown standard (even the known ones have changed quite a bit since we last saw them) so they're going to take a week or two to adjust their order.

There's no skullduggery (!). We're just trying to sort things out but the odd order change rule may get broken along the way - which is when you might see a fleeting penalty.

Rest assured, I'm on the case and working with them and the naturual laws will be restored shortly!
