Last nights PSL match at Welsh Back

176 people, the best crowd of the season saw a great battle between two local rivals. Sadly Exeter came out on top 3-2.

Sarah Jane Perry was replaced at the last minute by Leonie Holt and she was beaten 3 – 0 by Exeter’s Jaclyn Hawkes

Peter Marshall showed that he still has the skills and fitness to keep up with the youngsters but narrowly lost his battle with James Snell 3 – 2

Dave Evans was just getting into his stride against local boy Joey Barrington when he went over on his ankle. Unable to continue with the high tempo of the match eventually lost 3 - 1

Mohamed El Shorbagy (Young PSA player of year 2009) had to work hard for his win. Jonathan Kemp made the young Egyptian work hard but in the end too many errors saw Mohamed win 3 - 1

Adrian Grant got the unusual task of going on first last night (due to having a flight to catch). A tight hard fought match saw him narrowly beat Stuart Boswell 3 - 2
