New match detail view for club admins

This might come in handy for checking player order from week to week.

If you're a club admin for one of the teams in a match then you should see some new buttons to click at the top of the match detail page. This shows you all of the matches played by your club teams in the same week so you can see the full order played right through the club.

You can go backwards and forwards weeks as before by using the links in the match details tables.
